We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks out, especially for weddings and weekend events. Austin fills up fast — the sooner you reach out, the better. That said, if you've got a last-minute event, send us a message and we'll do our best to make it work.

We're based in Austin but love an adventure. Reach out and let us know where you're headed — travel fees may apply for events outside the Austin metro area.

The Honda Acty is tiny by design — we need a standard parking space plus a little breathing room on the sides for guests to walk up. Tight venue? Just let us know ahead of time and we'll figure it out together.

We're Texans — we've seen weather. Light rain won't stop us. For heavier weather, we'll work with you ahead of time to make a plan, whether that's a covered spot, a timing adjustment, or a backup setup. We've got you.

Yes to sparkling — just ask and we'll make it bubbly. For sugar-free, our lemonade and limeade bases can be made half-sweet or light on the syrup. We want everyone at your event to have something they love.

Our pricing is based on the length of your event. We'll give you a custom quote when you reach out — just tell us your date, guest count, and how long you need us and we'll take it from there.

Yes — we require a 50% deposit to hold your date, with the remainder due before your event. We can't officially pencil you in until the deposit is received, so don't wait too long!

The Acty is small enough to fit in most standard parking garages — we just need a normal-height clearance and a flat-ish surface to set up on. Slight inclines are usually fine. For indoor venues, unusual terrain, or anything that sounds like a logistical puzzle, just give us a heads up when you book and we'll figure it out together. We've made it work in some creative spots.
