We didn't plan to start a lemonade business. But somewhere between years of planning events, squeezing too many limes, and one very good idea — Sippin' Is Easy was born.

Liz

I started Sippin' Is Easy because I love a good drink and I do my best work on my feet, talking to people. Together with my best friend Katie, we built it into a mobile lemonade bar for the events we actually wanted to show up at — weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, the kind of gatherings where the bar becomes part of the vibe.

I'm hands-on with every part of this: sourcing ingredients, designing the menus, making sure every setup runs exactly right. I think about this business constantly — how to grow it, how to do it better, how to give people an experience they remember instead of just a drink in a cup.

Katie

I came from the world of wedding planning, which means I've spent years making sure everyone else's big moments go perfectly — usually from behind a screen. Sippin' Is Easy was my excuse to finally get out from behind the laptop and into the party.

I'm happiest boots on the ground — working the event, talking to guests, soaking up the energy of a room that's actually having a good time. What started as two best friends who just wanted to make lemonade turned into something that genuinely surprises me with how much it means to us both.

I bring the same obsessive attention to detail from my event planning days, just with better drinks and a much cuter truck.

kevin & kiwi

We couldn't do this without our dogs. Kevin is Liz's steady sidekick — calm, devoted, and deeply invested in her snack schedule. Kiwi is Katie's chaos coordinator — small, opinionated, and always in the middle of something. Together they've logged more hours on this business than they'll ever get credit for. Chief Morale Officers, both of them. The juice wouldn't be the same without them.
